Gord Goulding - Service Manager, Lethbridge Location

Dunlop Western Star is pleased to welcome Gord Goulding as our Service Manager in Lethbridge.

From his humble beginnings as a journeyman technician in High River, Gord worked his way up through the ranks; first as shop foreman, then assistant service manager and the last fifteen years as Service Manager.

Gord gained most of his experience at Ford dealerships.  He also served on the Ford Motor Company's Service and Parts Managers Association and the Service Managers Advisory Council.  Gord is well respected among his peers.

Gord's passions include muscle cars, restoration of old cars and car shows.  A 1965 Mustang Fastback and a 2009 Shelby GT500 currently reside in Gord's garage.

Gord relocated to Lethbridge with his wife Toni.  Toni and Gord are empty-nesters in their new home as their two adult daughters remained in the Calgary area.  In his spare time, Gord will be found tinkering on old cars or at the gym with his wife, the aerobics instructor.

Gord treats all service concerns with the utmost respect and integrity.  He looks forward to meeting all the great Dunlop customers and maintaining long term relationships built on understanding and trust.

Mike Esser - Service Manager, Medicine Hat Location

Mike Esser is the Service Manager at our Medicine Hat Location.  Mike spent over 16 years as a licensed mechanic.  He brought this expertise and knowledge to the Dunlop team when he started as the Service Manager at the Lethbridge Location in 2007.

Mike Esser competently manages our team of technicians in order to ensure your complete satisfaction. To best serve you, Mike’s commitment to ongoing education and training ensures his expertise stays current.

Jerry Small – Commercial Sales Manager

A member of the Dunlop Sterling Western Star team since 1999, and with more than twenty years in the automotive industry, Jerry has an understanding of the industry that can only be achieved through a wide range experiences over many years.

Jerry's education includes courses in precision truck selling, a heavy duty models TMI certification, and the Sterling truck sales program through John Townson and Associates INC.

As the Commercial Sales Manager, Jerry heads up the sales team as well as the finance department. He works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing experience whether the customer is choosing a pre-owned truck off the lot or ordering a customized a new Western Star.

Toby Rombough - Parts Manager, Lethbridge Location

As the Parts Manager since 2003, Toby oversees the daily operations of the Parts Department as well as outside road sales. Along with a number of specialized training courses and more than 19 years of experience, Toby brings an eclectic array of skills to the table including those developed in farming, racing, mechanics, equipment operations, auto body painting and spray-on box liner installation.

Toby’s belief that success in the automotive industry must include delivering the highest service performance and top quality products is the foundation of his success as Dunlop’s Parts Manager.

Dan Wilson – Parts Manager, Medicine Hat Location

Dan Wilson has spent his lifetime involved in the heavy trucking industry. He brings over a decade of hands on experience to the Dunlop Team.

The parts manager in Medicine Hat since 2010, Dan is well known across Southern Alberta for sourcing hard to find parts. His relationships with suppliers across North America are invaluable when it comes to getting our customers back on the road.
